This summer's progress seems really slow. Actually we are progressing. Water doesn't get into the boat anymore - 2 months of trial and error. The roof is not on permanently, the plywood is nailed to the 2 x 4s.

The roof caved in. Little did I now that snow heavy, plus the layer of ice rom the freezing rain. We removed the snow and ice in February in -10 degree weather. Thank goodness it was sunny.

In April, the plywood and tarp flew off and filled the boat with the boat with water.
